Leadership Science

“In politics and business, we lionize leadership. But how much do we really know about what makes a great leader?”

Joshua Rothman, an editor for The New Yorker, explores the answer to this question in his February 2016 article about leadership science. The staff at C4H spend a lot of time thinking about leadership, sustainability, and how to build leadership skills, so this article caught our eye. We encourage you to take a look and think about what you and your organization believe about leadership and how you practice it.
